KimBERLY

Hey! I'm Kim from KIMBEMIKE, and I'm passionate about songwriting, composition, sound and vocal production, mixing, design, and performing as the lead vocalist. I'm also one of the co-founders of EthicalUse.org, a non-profit created by artists and for artists to ensure the ethical use of AI in art.

Since I was young, I've loved the performing arts, from theater and singing to visual arts. I won singing competitions, was part of an all-girl cover band called "Krayola," and even served as President of my theater club. I graduated with a BS in Interior Design from UST, focusing on Transculturalism & Diversity Design in my thesis.

I'm also a mixed media visual artist, working with watercolor, acrylic, gouache, and digital illustration. My work has been featured in Condo Living Magazine, and I'm a licensed interior designer with a few restaurant designs under my belt.
Photography is another passion of mine, and I was featured by Canon, showcasing my talent for capturing moody and dramatic food shots.
MIKE

I'm Mike from KIMBEMIKE, and I'm all about the hands-on approach - composing, co-writing lyrics, playing instruments, recording, producing, mixing, and singing.

I am one of the cofounders of EthicalUse.org along with Kim. I also helped start Audialab to give artists access to AI tools, making sure they don't miss out on the AI revolution. I also was lucky enough to play a part in co-founding Made In Space, which launched the first 3D printer to the International Space Station with NASA.
I also co-founded Magic, a company initially aimed at providing everyone with an ethical, AI-powered personal assistant on their phone (like Jarvis). The company has evolved a lot since then.
Back in high school, I was in a few bands, and after college, I DJed in New York four nights a week.
I've been into programming and playing the piano since I was young. I studied music, philosophy, and computer science at Oberlin, and wrote a thesis on AI consciousness - a topic I'm always eager to discuss.
